Shipping policy

At Bee and Me, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for all orders. We guarantee that orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, with the exception of orders placed between Friday 12 noon EST through Saturday. Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which ensures that you will receive your items within 4 business days. Please note that processing time is 1 day, and shipping time is 1-3 days.

We take pride in providing outstanding customer service, and we want to ensure that your order is delivered promptly. However, in the event of higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Please note that orders are shipped on business days only, which excludes federal holidays within the United States.

Bee and Me is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Unfortunately, our current shipping options do not provide delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. However, we are always looking for solutions to better serve our customers, so please check back for updates.

Once your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order. You will also receive a tracking email once your package has been shipped. All packages sent via USPS will have a tracking number assigned, which you can use to track your shipment. If you have any questions regarding your order, please use the contact information provided in your tracking email.

If your order exceeds $150, you'll receive free shipping as our way of thanking you!
