Gallberry Honey is one of Florida’s distinctive varietal honeys, produced when honey bees forage on the delicate white blossoms of gallberry — a native evergreen holly commonly found in Florida’s pine flatwoods and wetlands.

Rich and naturally smooth, this amber honey has a sweet, subtly fruity flavor with a clean, pleasant finish. Gallberry is also known for its thick consistency and tendency to remain liquid longer than many other honey varieties.

Enjoy it straight from the spoon, drizzle it over toast, biscuits, pancakes or waffles, pair it with cheese and fruit, add it to a charcuterie board, or use it in dressings, marinades, glazes and baking.
