Honeycomb

Raw Honeycomb

Honey in its most natural form — straight from the comb.

Raw honeycomb is one of the simplest and most beautiful ways to experience honey. Each piece contains raw honey sealed naturally inside edible beeswax cells, just as the bees created it.

The remarkable hexagonal structure of honeycomb isn’t only beautiful. Bees build thousands of closely connected cells that efficiently use space while creating a strong structure for storing honey and supporting the life of the hive.

Honey, Just as the Bees Made It

Unlike extracted honey, honeycomb lets you enjoy the honey still inside its original wax cells.

Bite into a piece and the delicate beeswax releases the raw honey inside, creating a completely different experience from eating honey from a jar — rich, aromatic, naturally sweet and wonderfully textured.

The entire honeycomb is edible, including the raw honey and beeswax.

Naturally Occurring Goodness

Raw honey naturally contains a variety of compounds derived from nectar and plants, including polyphenols and other antioxidants. Because honeycomb is enjoyed in its original form, it offers a wonderfully simple way to experience honey with minimal handling.

How to Enjoy Honeycomb

Enjoy it straight from the comb, spread it over warm toast or biscuits, serve it alongside fruit and cheese, add it to a charcuterie board, or use a small piece to finish yogurt or desserts.

The beeswax can be chewed along with the honey. Some people swallow the softened wax, while others prefer to chew it and discard it afterward.

A Beautiful Addition to Any Table

Honeycomb makes an especially striking centerpiece for cheese boards, grazing tables and special occasions. Pair it with soft cheeses, fresh fruit, nuts and artisan bread for a simple combination where the honeycomb becomes the star.
