Saw Palmetto Honey

Saw Palmetto Raw Honey

Deep. Woodsy. Distinctly Florida.

Saw Palmetto Honey is one of Florida’s most distinctive varietal honeys, produced when honey bees forage on the blossoms of saw palmetto — a native palm found throughout the state.

Dark and full-bodied, this honey has a rich, complex flavor with smoky, woodsy notes and a smooth caramel-like sweetness, followed by subtle fruity undertones. Its bold character makes it especially memorable compared with lighter floral honeys.

Enjoy it straight from the spoon, drizzle it over aged or sharp cheeses, add it to a charcuterie board, pair it with warm bread, or use it anywhere you want a deeper, more robust honey flavor.
